Case worker unloads Farmingville property

Nathalie Placide sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 27 Summit Place in Farmingville to STP Realty Group Corp. for $185,400 on Oct. 22.

The 5,227-square-foot home was built in 1995 in the Farmingville East neighborhood.

Placide is a caseworker and teacher based in the Greater New York City area.

She most recently was a case worker at SCO Family of Services. Prior to that, she was a substitute teacher for the Bay Shore School District and the Hempstead School District. She also worked at Little Flower Children and Family Service, the East Rockaway School District, the Roosevelt Union Free School District and Cimetta Design.

She attended the State University of New York-Stony Brook and received a B.S. from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and an M.S. from Touro College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 74 home sales in Farmingville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $263,500.
