Dr. Patrick A. Oruwari and his wife, Jovita, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9221 Caddyshack Circle in Sunset Hills for $800,000.

The Oruwaris bought the property for $612,622 in April 2003. The 4,040-square-foot house in the South of 255 neighborhood was built in 2002. Vicki Cutting-Thompson of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

Dr. Oruwari is a psychiatrist with Northwest Psychiatric Associates in St. Louis.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Jos in Nigeria in 1990 and completed his training at the the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 93 home sales in Sunset Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $275,000.
