Gavin and Kathleen Goodlife bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 25 Constable Court in O'Fallon from James and Holly Ackermann for $250,000 on Sept. 1.

The Ackermanns acquired the property for $208,010 in April 2002. The 3,158-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the South of 70 O'Fallon neighborhood.

Mr. Goodlife serves as an internal auditor at Enterprise Holdings Inc., a transportation company which offers rental car brands, fleet management services, truck rentals and car sales. Prior to this, he served as an audit manager, audit supervisor, internal auditor, accounting supervisor and staff accountant with the company.

He earned a degree in accounting from the University of Florida College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,072 sales in O'Fallon in 2008, with a median price of $174,000.
