Jennifer P. Quintano and Timothy Quintano bought the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 27 Talkhouse Walk in East Hampton North from Marc E. Slakmonand Marinka Modderman for $875,000 on Aug. 17.

Slakmon and Modderman acquired the property for $565,000 in May 2001. The 2,000-square-foot house is in the East of Main Street neighborhood.

Ms. Quintano has been a technology teacher and E-rate district coordinator for the North Bergen Board of Education.

Prior to that, she was a production coordinator at Liz Claiborne, a company in the apparel and fashion industry.

She attended the University of Scranton and New Jersey City University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 84 home sales in East Hampton North during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.075 million.
