Michael L. Engblom and Trish Engblom bought a home at 75 Elm St. in Islip from Elizabeth Casey for $582,500 on Aug. 18.

Mr. Engbloom is co-founder and president for the security division at TRITECH.

He previously was a project manager for a cabling systems company in New York.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 139 sales in Islip during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $338,250.
