Dr. Juanita Evereteze and Corinne Servily bought a home at 6 Liano Dr. in Wainscott from Laura Bredice and Robert Cox for $2.2 million on Aug. 27.

Bredice and Cox paid $1.45 million for the property in Sept. 2007. It is part of the Wainscott Inland neighborhood.

Dr. Evereteze is a nephrologist. She retired from her practice in 2004.

She currently is a board member at Pines Care Center in Fire Island Pines.

She completed her internship at Harvard University and her residency in medicine at Columbia University. She completed her fellowship in nephrology at Cornell University.

Servily is founder and president of Euroamerican Communication, a New York-based international direct marketing firm providing fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 15 sales in Wainscott in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.46 million.
