John Ziti and Christina Herrera Ziti bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 571 Pease Lane in West Islip from William H. Fusi for $620,000 on Sept. 4.

Fusi acquired the property for $400,000 in Feb. 2006. The home was built in 2008 and is in West Islip Central neighborhood.

Mr. Ziti is the safety manager at ABC Television, headquartered in New York City.

He studied at Iona College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 137 sales in West Islip during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
