Architectural firm founder buys East Hampton 4BD

Medium 05dda121c76f187511b553cb9be27def Alexander and Angelica Compagno bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 33 Stratton Square in East Hampton North from P&C Arbia Properties Llc for $840,000 on Sept. 11.

The 1,840-square-foot house was built in 1962 in the West of Main Street (East Hampton North) neighborhood.

Mr. Compagno is the founder of Alexander Compagno Architecture & Design firm.

He previously has worked and practiced with some of the leading architectural firms in New York. He studied art, design and architecture at Vassar College, the Parsons School of Design and Columbia University.

He received his master's degree in architecture from Yale University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 27 home sales in East Hampton North in 2008, with a median sales price of $875,000.
