Sanford Institute board of visitor member sells for $3.25M

Medium 473c6301d626a778488427c752fca376 Cynthia Fox Sulzberger sold a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 163 Sayres Path in Wainscott to David and Kathryn Berg for $3.25 million on Sept. 17.

Sulzberger paid $1.65 million for the property in June 2002. The 4,500-square-foot house was built in the Wainscott Seaside neighborhood.

Sulzberger has been a learning specialist at the Hampton Day School in Bridgehampton.

Previously, she was a member of the Trinity College Board of Visitors and worked with the New York Development Council, the Founders' Society, and the Washington Duke Club. Earlier in her career, she was a learning specialist at the Hampton Day School in Bridgehampton.

She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University and her master's degree in reading specialization from the Bank Street College of Education.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 15 home sales in Wainscott during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.5 million.
