Mr. Sonse bought the property for $1.31 million in February. The 1,426-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the Southampton East neighborhood.

Sonse is a criminal lawyer in private practice in Southampton.

He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1970.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 63 home sales in Southampton in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.295 million.
