Sally Ann Weger sold a single-family home at 69 Penataquit Place in Huntington to Tricia S. Geraci for $575,000 on Sept. 23.

Weger bought the property for $527,000 in Aug. 2004.

Weger is vice president and senior financial adviser at Merrill Lynch.

She also is on the advisory board of the Huntington, N.Y., Chamber of Commerce.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 106 home sales in Huntington in 2008, with a median sales price of $530,000.
