Theodore W. Damiecki and Eliza Rand Damiecki sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 331 Butter Lane in Bridgehampton to Randall McCallum for $1.9 million on Oct. 26.

The 1,516-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Bridgehampton Inland neighborhood.

Mr. Damiecki is a senior real estate broker affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty in Bridgehampton.

Ms. Damiecki is a communications coordinator at Attack! Marketing & Promotions, a field marketing agency which provide staffing resources, promotional support, logistics and develop successful brand experiences.

McCallum is the managing director and co-head of equity derivatives at BTIG, a trading firm.

He previously was a sales trader in the Institutional Option Strategies Group at Pali Capital Inc. He began his career with proprietary trading at Chimera Capital in 2000.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 32 home sales in Bridgehampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2,110,375.
