Global supply chain V.P. buys 3BD in Bradford Woods

Medium 45f503f68d71fb0ab37e2febd2743b49 Joseph and Mary Porwoll bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12650 Bradford Woods Drive in Sunset Hills from Jack A. Hooper for $465,000 on Sept. 8.

The 2,798-square-foot house was built in 1982 at Bradford Woods.

Mr. Porwoll is vice president of global supply chain at Sigma-Aldrich Corp. He was promoted to this position in May 2010. He was most recently vice president of the company's Wisconsin-based operations.

He attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 106 home sales in Sunset Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $235,000.
