Tanchina acquired the property for $265,000 in Feb. 2007. The 1,708-square-foot house was built in 1948 in University City Central. It is located in Oakbrook Forest subdivision.

Tranchina has served as the vice president of legal affairs and compliance officer at Peninsula Gaming, LLC, a casino company headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa.

Previously, she was the vice president of legal affairs at Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. She also worked as an assistant attorney general at Louisiana Department of Justice, Gaming Division.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 599 home sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median price of $153,000.
