Pfizer scientist sells Wildwood 4BD

David K. Tung and his wife, Aracely, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 17632 Ailanthus Dr. in Wildwood to Angela and Paul Smallwood for $518,000 on Oct. 5.

The Tungs bought the property for $540,000 in Aug. 2006. The 2,695-square-foot house in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1994.

Mr. Tung is a senior principal scientist at Pfizer in St. Louis. He was associate director at Sirna Therapeutics, an assistant director at Isis Pharmaceuticals and a research scientist and assistant project manager at the Chiron Corp.

He attended the University of California-San Diego.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 431 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $314,150.
