Health system CDO sells 3BD in Wildwood

Medium 527e1f94f3abf37bfd1989c2bbc191c6 Bruce and Lyndsey Bartoo sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 724 Arbor Chase Dr. in Wildwood to Matthew and Cama French for $525,000 on Sept. 29.

The Bartoos paid $600,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 4,246-square-foot house in the Wildwood Southeast neighborhood was built in 2006.

Mr. Bartoo serves as the chief development officer at Sister of Mercy Health System in Chesterfield. He has served as president for the Franciscan Ministries, chief development officer and foundation president of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, executive director at Southeast Missouri Hospital Foundation and vice president for sales and marketing at Natlis Financial Group.

He received his B.A. from Westminster College and his master's degree from Drake University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 424 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $314,900.
