Josef S. Ozer and his wife, Amanda, sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 10 Jennycliffe Lane in Clarkson Valley to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $443,500 on Sept. 1.

The 2,965-square-foot house was built in 1971 in Clarkson Valley South. It is located in the Forest Hills Club Estates subdivision.

Mr. Ozer is senior principal scientist at Pfizer. Previously, he was a research fellow at Merck.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33 sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $525,000.
