Retail services firm president buys 6BD for $1.8 million

Kevin N. Travers and his wife, Keely, bought a six-bedroom, three-bath home at 118 Grand Meridien Forest Drive in Wildwood from Arbor Homes Inc. for $1.8 million on Oct. 3.

The 8,505-square-foot house was built in 2007 in Wildwood Northeast. It is located in the Arbor Trace subdivision.

Mr. Travers is the president and a partner at Premium Retail Services, provider of project management and retail merchandising support services. He has been with the company since 1996.

He attended Creighton University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 509 home sales in Wildwood during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $301,610.
