Business consulting firm exec gets Frontenac 5BD

Medium 03f0fa0f721f110d5477b0a5625c07e7 Nancy and Robert Pechloff bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 3 Georgian Acres St. in Frontenac from David and Patricia Livon for $2.39 million on Oct. 12.

The Livons acquired the property for $2.7 million in Sept. 2007. The 7,561-square-foot house in the Frontenac South neighborhood was built in 2005.

Ms. Pechloff has been a managing director at Protiviti, a business consulting and internal audit firm founded in 2002. She is part of the advisory board of the Children's Home Society of Missouri.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 41 home sales in Frontenac during the past 12 months, with a median price of $497,500.
