Steve Margherita and Heather Margherita sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2 Palisades View Court in Eureka to Suzanne and Gary Guccione for $259,000 on Sept. 15.

The 2,644-square-foot house in the Palisades subdivision was built in 2004.

Mr. Margherita is the president at Response Networks, an IT services company. He was appointed to this position in Feb. 2009. Prior to joining Response Networks, he was the owner and founder of Ripple Networks and he held management roles at companies such as Avaya Inc. and Expanets Inc.

He attended the University of Iowa.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 250 home sales in Eureka in 2008, with a median sales price of $237,000.
