Pharmaceuticals company manager buys Clayton 3BD

Medium 25f28d9b173b328d771a226fb19add38 Anthony Handzic-Smith and his wife, Amela, bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7757 Kingsbury Blvd. in Clayton from Busch Properties Inc. for $360,500 on Sept. 30.

The 1,683-square-foot house in the West of Hanley Road neighborhood was built in 1980.

Mr. Handzic-Smith works as a planning manager of dosage pharmaceuticals at Covidien, a healthcare products company. He has worked with the Tyco Healthcare Group.

The Smiths are 1999 graduates of Culver-Stockton College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 182 home sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $465,000.
