Greg and Jill Fulginite bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 58 Broadview Drive in Clayton from Frank and Betty Gluck for $729,000 on Sept. 8.

The Glucks bought the 2,369-square-foot house for $390,000 on May 1999. It is located at Claverach Park subdivision.

Mr. Fulginite is vice president and regional sales manager at OppenheimerFunds Distributors Inc. in St. Louis. He was regional marketing director at Putnam Investments.

He attended Boston College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 201 home sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $484,900.
