Medium 0f0ef127795966a5178647ba0766ef8a Terrence Guth and his wife, Patricia, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8110 Hideaway Court E. in Spring from William E. Reynolds, Jr. on Nov. 10.

Reynolds, Jr. acquired the home in the Preserve subdivision in Nov. 2010 from Ronda Gale Haberer. It is valued at $333,754.
