Lawyer buys 6BD in Piney Point Village

Medium 2afc3db94dddb41f98c59fd4b5279e9e Rainey Highley and Robert Boucher acquired a six-bedroom, six-bath home at 30 S. Cheska Lane in Piney Point Village from State Bank Texas on Nov. 12.

The 7,005-square-foot house was transferred to State Bank Texas on Aug. 5. It is valued at $1,758,900.

Rainey Highley is an attorney at Newhouse + Noblin, legal search consultants. Previously, she served as vice president of business development at Prescott Legal Search in Dallas. Before that, she served as director of business development at Major, Lindsey & Africa. She began her career practicing law at Caplan & Earnest, a boutique law firm in Boulder, Colorado.

She received her B.A. in English from Baylor University and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 46 sales in Piney Point Village during the past 12 months.
