The Likins acquired the 1,872-square-foot home in the Newport subdivision in Oct. 2006 from K. Hovnanian of Houston LP. The home is valued at $122,837.

Mr. Likins is a firefighter at Houston Fire Station 25. He previously worked at the Sheldon Fire Department.
