Medical industry lawyer grabs Champions Arbor 4BD

Barclay A. Manley and her husband, Larry, acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 3 Ivy Arbor Lane in North Houston from Gregory and Xiaoxia Neufer on Nov. 22.

The Neufers acquired the 3,580-square-foot home in the Champions Arbor subdivision from TMI Inc. in May 2002. It was built in 2002 and is valued at $300,886.

Ms. Manley is a counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where her areas of concentration include pharmaceutical and medical devices, health litigation and product liability.

She earned her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Texas and her J.D. from the University of Houston School of Law.

Mr. Neufer is an ETL developer at Dynamic Health Strategies, a healthcare strategies firm. He previously was a technical consulting manager, information technology manager and inventory control manager at Oracle.

He attended the University of California-Berkeley.
