Mr. DiNunzio is a managing director at UBS, a global financial services firm. He joined the company in 1998 as regional sales manager.

Previously, he was corporate vice president at Paine Webber. He also held regional sales positions in several institutional investment management firms, and as a business development officer for a corporate banking group.

He received his B.S. degree in corporate finance from Old Dominion University, and his M.B.A. from Colorado State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 home sales in Piney Point Village during the past 12 months.
