Graeme Martin and Rebecca Lynn Jensen Martin acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 13518 Queensbury Lane in Memorial from Pamala S. Looney on Dec. 3.

Looney acquired the property from Alexis C. De Alvarez in May 2002. The 2,365-square-foot home in Wilchester, which was built in 1965, is valued at $392,941.

Mr. Martin works in business development for environmental products at Shell Energy North America, a provider of energy-related products and services associated with wholesale natural gas and power marketing and trading. He previously was a corporate tax manager at Deloitte & Touche. He also worked as a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.

He attended University of Cambridge and The Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas-Austin.

The Martins also own homes at 2034 Bailey St. in Fourth Ward and at 18114 Spellbrook Drive in West Houston. They acquired the properties in July 2006 and July 2002, respectively.
