Quandahl acquired the property on Jan. 26. The 3,040-square-foot, two-story house in Copper Village subdivision was built in 2001. It is valued at $201,688.

Mr. Dontikurti is senior software developer at Spark Energy, and programmer analyst at Logistic Solutions Inc. Previously, he was consultant IT at Southwestern Energy, and senior application developer at Kinder Morgan Inc. He also worked as system analyst in several IT companies including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, RentAToll.com, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

He attended Andhra University, Nagarjuna University and AP Residential Degree College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,283 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
