She earned her B.A. in American studies from Tufts University in 1991 and her M.S.W. from the Simmons Graduate School of Social Work in 2001.

Mr. Corcell works in sales at Acronis Inc., an international computer software company. Before that, he was with several software companies including Symantec, Idera Software, ASAP Software and Softchoice.

He graduated from Emerson College in 1992.
