Amber Valletta bought the four-bed, three-bath home at 312 16th St. in Santa Monica from Greg Broughton for $1.65 million on June 14, 2001.

The 2,409-square-foot home was built in 1927. It is in the North of Montana neighborhood.

Valletta is a model and actress best known for her co-hosting stint on MTV’s "House of Style" with fellow model Shalom Harlow in 1995.

As a model, Valletta appeared on various magazine covers and in ads for Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein and Versace.

Her film appearances include What Lies Beneath and The Family Man. She will be seen later this year in Max Keeble’s Big Move.
