Investment pro drops $10 million in Hancock Park

Medium be2a2e4ca7c65bdbc9b5e923e614c1d9 Bruce I. Raben bought a seven-bedroom, 12-bath home at 401 S. Hudson Ave. in Hancock Park from Fort Awesome LLC for $10 million on Sept. 15.

The 14,071-square-foot house was built in 1929.

Mr. Raben has served as a founding partner of Hudson Capital Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank in Beverly Hills. He's also served as a manager at Rio Vista Energy Partners L.P. in Brownsville, Texas. He's also served as the executive vice president at Jeffries & Company, a Chicago securities and investment banking firm.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 321 home sales in Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $655,000.
