Burlingame and McDavitt paid $347,000 for the property in Sept. 1998. The 1,590-square-foot house was built in 1923.

Burlingame serves as the president and chief executive officer at West Hollywood Marketing & Visitors Bureau, which promotes the sites, image, businesses and industries in the area.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 335 home sales in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park during the past 12 months, with a median price of $650,000.
