Dr. Amir Goldkorn and Michal Goldkorn bought the three-bedroom, two-bath home at 455 El Camino Dr. in Beverly Hills from Jennifer Gordon for $1.36 million on Nov. 3.

The 1,705-square-foot house was built in 1926 in South Beverly Hills.

Dr. Goldkorn is an oncologist and an assistant professor of medicine at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He earned his bachelor's from Harvard University, and received his M.D., internship, and residency at UCLA.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 150 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median price of $1.9 million.
