Sheppard, Mullin lawyer drops $1.25M in Glendale

3b2cd8a4014b60d6746cdd5facfaa184 Geoffrey D. Deboskey and Jennifer L. Deboskey bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 3825 Hillway Dr. in Glendale from Diane Eisenman and Allan Eisenman for $1.25 million on Oct. 22.

The Eisenmans paid $660,000 for the property in Dec. 2001. The 2,934-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Whitting Woods neighborhood.

Mr. Deboskey is a partner at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Los Angeles and handles labor and employment law.
He received his B.A. in psychology and political science from the University of California at Davis and his J.D. from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Eisenman provides a private spiritual counseling service in Pasadena. She is also an inner guidance counselor, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a Waldorf teacher. She received her B.A. in music education and religion at St. Olaf College in Minnesota, a Master of Divinity degree from McCormick Theological Seminary, and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.

According to, there have been 840 sales in Glendale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $499,000.
