Jeanmarie Helstowski bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5206 Lee St. in Torrance for $718,500 from Timothy J Wheeler and Sara Wheeler on Dec. 14.

The Wheelers paid $640,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 1,120-square-foot house was built in 1956 in West Torrance.

Helstowski is a vice president for Client Services at Right Management Consultants, a management consulting firm in Los Angeles.

She attended UCLA and San Diego State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 711 home sales in Torrance during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $530,500.
