LXS 2007 2N Trust Fund and U.S. Bank National Association foreclosed on the property on June 8. The 3,187-square-foot home was built in 1927.

Sircus is a staff accountant at GGF LLP, an accounting firm based in Encino. He formerly served as a substitute teacher at the Mentor Language Institute.

He attended the University of California-Berkeley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 168 home sales in Silver Lake during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $585,000.
