The 3,181-square-foot house was built in 1926.

Mr. Schonfeld has been a consultant at Willian Kent International, a management consulting firm.

He has also served as a vice president at Capital Group, an investment management firm established in 1931.

He attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 408 home sales in Greater Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park during the past 12 months, with a median price of $622,000.
