Laboratory exec sells San Marino 3BD for $1.13M

Medium 511e1dcbdec11f70096e2aae0ff48fec Harry and Diana Zhabilov sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2210 Ashbourne Drive in San Marino to Chun Yen Huang Chen and Frank W. Chen for $1.13 million on May 11.

Mr. Zhabilov paid $575,000 for the property in April 2002. The 2,035-square-foot home in North San Marino/Botanical Gardens was built in 1943.

Mr. Zhabilov is president, vice chairman of the board and chief science officer at Immunotech Laboratories Inc. in Glendale.

He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering, respectively.

The Chens also sold their homes at 1980 Sycamore Dr. in San Marino for $989,000 in July 2004, at
6608 Karin Place in East Pasadena/East San Gabriel for $422,000 in Dec. 2004 and at 1040 Vineyard Drive in San Marino for $1.23 million in April 2007.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 118 home sales in San Marino during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.539 million.
