The Coys paid $1,122,500 for the property in June 2003. The 4,596-square-foot house was built in 1984 in Seaside Rancho Palos Verdes.

Dr. Faragalla practices family medicine at Maged M. Faragalla M.D. in Hawthorne, California and has practiced with Carlos Beharie M.D. Medical Group in El Monte, California. He has also been affiliated with Garfield Medical Center, St. Francis Medical Center, John Muir Medical Center and Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.

He received his M.D. from Ain Shams University-Cairo and completed his residency in family medicine from Texas Tech University-School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 75 home sales in Rancho Palos Verdes during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,232,500.
