Martin Moradian bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 465 San Jose Ave. in Burbank from the Federal National Mortgage Association for $280,000 on Oct. 25.

The 1,250-square-foot Unit #202 is in 465 San Jose Ave., a condominium development built in 2006. It was transferred to the Federal National Mortgage Association on Feb. 19. It is located in Burbank Hillside.

Dr. Moradian is a podiatrist who operates his own private practice in Burbank. He previously worked as an associate in a podiatric practice.

He earned his bachelor's in exercise science from USC and his D.P.M. from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at City of Angels Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Project.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 136 condo sales in the Burbank during the past 12 months, with a median price of $345,000.
