Software company founder buys 10BD in Downtown Long Beach

Medium 3a387fdc422a0b378b0fe51384947fc1 Milo Sindell bought a 10-bedroom, four-bath home at 109 W. Ninth St. in Long Beach from Bac Home Loans Servicing, LP and Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP for $401,000 on Oct. 25.

The 3,192-square-foot house was transferred to Bac Home Loans Servicing, LP and Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP on June 2. The house was built in 1918 in Downtown Long Beach.

Sindell is the co-founder of a software company headquartered in Los Angeles. He is also the founder of Hit The Ground Running. He previously worked as senior consultant at Sun Microsystems was part of Intel.

He attended Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,771 home sales in Long Beach during the past 12 months, with a median price of $300,000.
