Jorge Magana bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1856 Cliffhill Drive in Monterey Park from Marjorie C. Hudson for $380,000 on Nov. 1.

The 905-square-foot house was built in 1949 at the Central Monterey Park.

Magana is owner at El Toro Bronco, a Mexican restaurant in Lompoc.

He attended Chapman University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 288 home sales in Monterey Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
