Guy Benhamou bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 1046 N. Hillcrest Road in Beverly Hills from Kum Yeun Kim for $3.292 million on Nov. 1.

Kim paid $1.65 million for the property in April 2002. The 3,109-square-foot house was built in 1960 in North Beverly Hills. It is located in the Trousdale Estates subdivision.

Benhamou has been the CEO of OroAmerica in Burbank, a producer of Karat Gold Jewelry. He is also the creator of Aristoff, a brand of cigar.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 220 home sales in Beverly Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.565 million.
