Film company president settles in Pasadena 3BD

Eric Sherman and his wife, Eugenia Dillard Sherman, bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 1726 La Loma Road in Pasadena from Jorge Urquijo for $845,000 on June 14.

The 2,800-square-foot house was built in 1981 in the Annandale subdivision in South Arroyo.

Mr. Sherman is the owner and president of Film Transform, Inc., a full-service film and video production company. He is also the chief consultant for the motion picture industry at Gallup Organization. He taught at Art Center College of Design, California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts), Pepperdine, UCLA, the American Film Institute and Cal Tech.

Mr. Sherman attended Yale University.

Ms. Sherman works as executive director of a Narconon clinic in Newport Beach, California.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,113 home sales in Pasadena during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $485,000.
