Photographer buys Mid-City home

Medium 7bf1c1db00330f6a71fff601dc7697b9 Lisa N. Nanakorn and Siridej S. Nanakorn bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 4216 W. 30th St. in Mid-City from Ramon Moreno and Martha Moreno for $320,000 on Oct. 27.

The Morenos paid $112,500 for the property in March 2010. The 1,081-square-foot house was built in 1927.

Nanakorn is a photographer and is owner at Nanakorn Photography. Her works are exhibited at J. Paul Getty Museum's Underground Staff Art Show and has been part of other art shows at local galleries.

She graduated from Northampton College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 481 sales in Mid City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $342,000.
