John and Julie Ginesi bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 4244 N. Greenbrier Road in Long Beach from Richard B. Shriver for $705,000 on Oct. 27.

Shriver paid $725,000 for the property in Feb. 2004. The 1,433-square-foot home in Lakewood Area was built in 1937.

Mr. Ginesi is a project manager at WellPoint, a health plan company.

He joined WellPoint as a project manager at Farmers Insurance. Prior to that, he was a business systems analyst at Oakwood Worldwide. He also served as programmer analyst at Capital Group.

He has a B.S. in computer science from Philadelphia University and an M.B.A. in management science from La Salle University School of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,771 home sales in Long Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
