The 756-square-foot home was built in 1949.

Bokhchalian is a real estate agent at Realty World-Imperial in Woodland Hills.

Bokhchalian also owns homes at 6344 Jumilla Ave. in Woodland Hills and at 7947 Ethel Ave. in Sun Valley. He paid $295,000 on Oct. 27 and $825,000 in July 2005 for the properties, respectively.

He sold the home at 14610 Cohasset St. in Van Nuys for $520,000 in July 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 744 home sales in Encino during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
