Wu and Yashima bought the home for $400,000 in Sept. 2008. The 1,270-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Burbank Hillside.

Yashima is the principal at YSM Properties, LLC.

He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 749 home sales in Burbank during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $500,000.
