Stuntman takes Venice home for $1.09M

Medium 476cf5ee22101c0814ee6737ade8a3dd Marc Scizak bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4715 Via Dolce Drive in Venice from Rena Shultz Community Property for $1.09 million on Oct. 27.

The 2,455-square-foot house was built in 1981.

Scizak is best known as an actor/stuntman in numerous television series such as "24," "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," "CSI: Miami," "ER," "Moonlight," "House" and "Nip/Tuck."

He has also appeared in Salt and Transformers II.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 308 home sales in Venice during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $810,000.
